Level-2 support services

cBSSUP provides clients running standard NEXT+ instances with level-2 online support services. cBSSUP leverages each client own NEXT+ request system (under the my account section) and answers any non-trivial escalated issues under a NBD (Next Business Day) SLA (Service Level Agreement). Note: clients running a cB stack bespoke solution shall seek support services tailored to their specific solution from their implementation partners.
